Maintenance SUpervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our client’s manufacturing facility close to Stockton, CA.**Pay **- $35-$45/hr**Shift **- 1st shiftResponsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities.Train, develop, and support maintenance employees.Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee evaluations.Coach employees and address performance or disciplinary issues as needed.Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and maintenance problems.Coordinate maintenance activities with production needs.Lead safety and continuous improvement initiatives.Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and buildings.Repair machinery and equipment using manuals, diagrams, and specifications.Order necessary maintenance parts and supplies.Maintain maintenance records and prepare required reports.Follow all company safety rules and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Post-secondary education is required.3–5 years of machine repair and maintenance experience, including 1–3 years of supervisory experience.Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, controls, and welding systems.Knowledge of equipment safety and applicable regulations.Familiarity with maintenance tools, measuring equipment, and basic computer software.Must be at least 18 years of age. #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
