The Keyholder plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the store by managing opening and closing procedures, supervising staff, overseeing inventory, and delivering excellent customer service. This position demands responsibility, reliability, and attention to detail to maintain security and support sales efforts effectively.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store following company protocols
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- Supervise and support employees during shifts
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance shopper experience
- Monitor store security and address any safety concerns
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock organization
- Support sales initiatives and promotional activities
- Resolve conflicts between customers and staff professionally
- Prepare and submit daily reports on store performance and incidents
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in retail
