Your Role and Impact **Only Add Assistant Supervisors for California*** As a BCBA at Cortica,you’llplay a pivotal role in overseeingneurodiversity-affirmingclinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.You'lllead ateam of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmentaldifferences. Whatyou’lllove about this role: Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26billable hours per week , with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. QualificationsandRequirements Master’s degree in human services ora related field. Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
