We are currently seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our client's team in Gentry, AR. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and callers, making it an important role in maintaining a welcoming and organized office environment. The Receptionist will provide administrative support while ensuring daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This position currently requires a commitment of 8 hours every Thursday.
Key Responsibilities

The Receptionist will provide administrative support while ensuring daily office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
This position currently requires a commitment of 8 hours every Thursday.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments and team members.
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Accurately take, record, and distribute detailed messages to staff members to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
- Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist with document management, record keeping, and general office organization.
- Perform routine office tasks including printing, copying, scanning, and distributing documents.
- Enter and update information in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with document preparation and administrative projects using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Support office staff with general clerical and administrative duties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documents.
- Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a professional office environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a significant plus but not required.
