Apartment Leasing Consultant
Location: Louisville, KY
Pay: $18–$20/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Career Strategies is hiring an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Louisville, KY! If you have a strong customer service background, leasing experience, and are comfortable using Yardi CRM, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome prospective and current residents while providing outstanding customer service
• Conduct apartment tours and assist with the leasing process from application to move-in
• Answer incoming calls and handle front desk/reception responsibilities
• Process applications, lease documents, and resident paperwork
• Maintain accurate records using Yardi CRM
• Assist with resident inquiries and administrative tasks
• Support daily office operations in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment leasing experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi CRM strongly preferred
• Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills
• Professional phone etiquette and receptionist experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
