Job Overview Leasing Consultant at Founders Property Management. Provide exceptional customer service, manage leasing processes, and maintain community relations. Location The Place at Creekside | 4RCREE 9971 E. Speedway Blvd Tucson, AZ 85748, USA Essential Duties and Responsibilities Meet with prospective tenants, record information, and determine needs and qualifications. Assist prospects in viewing model apartments and discuss unit details, amenities, and lease terms. Complete lease forms, ensuring accurate resident files and secure storage. Track lease approval process, contact references, and communicate status with prospective residents. Answer incoming phone calls and handle inquiries appropriately. Create monthly listings and advertisements reflecting current market pricing. Represent the company professionally at all times. Address resident concerns and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction. Distribute community‑issued notices (e.g., bad weather, emergency). Walk the grounds and units to update inventory knowledge. Uphold community policies consistently. Perform other duties as assigned. Confidence and motivation to interact with customers and help them with housing needs.
