Summit Care LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The role includes assessing patients, delivering home programs, and documenting patient status with adherence to state guidelines.
Strong communication and teamwork are essential. You will participate in meetings, maintain therapy records, and help coordinate training and program development to improve residents' quality of life.
