Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.Job Description:The RoleAs key members of the Wealth Management and Advisory team we are responsible for partnering with distribution partners to develop, implement and support the diverse set of investment solutions to Fidelity Institutional intermediary clients. We are fortunate to contribute to Fidelity’s rapidly growing advice business and capabilities with focus on advice solutions offered to advisors, home offices, and family offices through managed offerings including model portfolios, separately managed accounts, unified managed accounts and technology capabilities and tools. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and management of Fidelity’s FMAX platform. The Manager, Managed Platform Product Manager will support the implementation and ongoing support of Fidelity Institutional’s FMAX offerings with the following core responsibilities.The Expertise and Skills You Bring Support day-to-day product management activities for the FMAX platform and related managed account solutionsAssist in triaging and responding to inquiries related to managed platforms via email and collaboration toolsContribute to product development efforts by helping gather requirements, document workflows, and support testing activitiesPerform data collection and basic analysis to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for product or process improvementsPartner with internal teams (technology, operations, distribution, and service) to help resolve client experience issues and operational questionsSupport product lifecycle processes, including documentation, release coordination, and post-launch monitoringAssist in preparing materials for internal stakeholders, including product updates, presentations, and reportingHelp gather feedback from distribution partners and internal teams to inform product improvementsDevelop foundational knowledge of managed accounts, platform capabilities, and industry trends BS degree required. 3-7 years of experience in financial services, product support, operations, consulting, or related rolesInterest in investment products, managed accounts, and wealth management platformsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAnalytical mindset with experience working with data (Excel or similar tools preferred)Effective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationshipsProblem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approachBasic understanding of financial markets, investment products, or brokerage services is a plusFamiliarity with tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams)The TeamIn this role you will be part of a diverse, collaborative, and adaptive team tasked with helping grow Fidelity’s Managed account platform (FMAX) grow in the marketplace!
