Production Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $15.76 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday )
- Operating and monitoring a production machine that fills small bottles with essential oils
- Making sure equipment is operating properly
- Inspecting bottles and checking seals for quality
- Verifying batches and following production instructions
- Boxing finished products
- Stacking boxes and preparing products for shipment
- Following all safety, sanitation, and GMP requirements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Production Associate Qualifications:
- Must be able to read and follow directions in English
- Comfortable working at a quick, steady pace
- Must be comfortable working around essential oils and their scents
- Must be able to work in a clean-room environment
- Must wear required PPE, including smock, hair net, and gloves
- Must be able to follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs.
- Reliable attendance is extremely important
- Previous production, manufacturing, bottling, warehouse, or food-production experience is helpful but not required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
