Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Finance, you will serve as a key financial partner to hospital leadership. In this role, you will: Provide strategic financial planning and analysis for hospital operations Represent finance on cross‑functional committees Support development of annual operating and capital budgets Prepare final budget packages for Board‑level reporting Analyze budget variances and collaborate with departments including: General Accounting Business Office Decision Support Educate leadership on financial performance and management strategies Your work directly supports informed decision‑making and contributes to the health of our patients and community.
