Hygiene Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Hygiene Coordinator to manage all aspects of hygiene patient care and scheduling in our dental practice.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize hygiene appointment scheduling to maximize patient flow and provider productivity.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene treatment protocols and practice standards.
- Coordinate patient education efforts to promote oral health and increase treatment acceptance.
- Support the hygiene department in achieving performance goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the practice management team to attract new patients and promote services.
- Maintain a patient-centric environment focused on satisfaction and quality care.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and terminology.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment with attention to detail.
- Empathy and compassion for patients, with a focus on exceptional patient care.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: $23 - $27 per hour Benefits: Health insurance/ 401K / time pto
