Product Manager - Digital & Ecommerce

DescriptionThis position partners with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to shape product priorities, refine features, and deliver improvements across web and e-commerce platforms. The role offers strong visibility in a dynamic environment where speed, collaboration, and measurable platform performance are central to success.Responsibilities:• Lead the planning and execution of product initiatives that enhance customer-facing web experiences and e-commerce capabilities.• Translate business goals, user needs, and data insights into clearly defined product requirements and prioritized development work.• Partner with engineering teams throughout the delivery cycle to clarify scope, remove blockers, and keep releases aligned with product objectives.• Manage and refine the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on the highest-value features, fixes, and optimizations.• Work closely with analytics and business partners to evaluate platform performance, identify opportunities, and guide continuous improvement efforts.• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment on timelines, functionality, and expected outcomes.• Oversee issue tracking and defect prioritization to support a reliable and effective digital user experience.• Contribute to ongoing enhancements of internal digital tools when they support broader platform efficiency and business goals.Requirements• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within web, digital, or e-commerce environments.• Demonstrated knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in iterative delivery models.• Proven ability to manage product backlogs, write clear user stories, and prioritize work based on business value.• Hands-on experience using Jira or similar Atlassian tools for planning, tracking, and collaboration.• Strong background in bug tracking, issue resolution workflows, and release support.• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical, analytical, and business teams.• Experience interpreting stakeholder requirements and converting them into actionable plans for development teams.Job typePerm
