Senior Digital Product Manager

Overview Senior Digital Product Manager responsible for the complete lifecycle of the assigned suite of banking products within the commercial product portfolio. Develop and execute the Bank’s product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business partners. Provide hands-on, product-level leadership to translate concepts into tangible, profitable products aligned with the Bank’s objectives. Lead a team of Product Analysts from concept and business case analysis through technical development, launch, and ongoing maintenance. Conduct market research, develop reports for key stakeholders, and make recommendations on the product suite and pricing strategy to deliver healthy profit margin and revenue growth. Responsibilities Partner with Product Management leadership to execute the Bank’s strategic plan, focusing on developing and operating profitable banking products. Meet product development objectives, manage product health, and respond to market dynamics. Support the product lifecycle within the department’s standards, including business case development, requirements gathering, product design, implementation, and maintenance. Lead research, analysis, design, development, pricing, and implementation of new products and enhancements to existing products. Ensure product health and effectiveness, proactively addressing obstacles to development, adoption, performance, competitive analysis, and service delivery. Assist management in identifying, assessing, and implementing risk controls for assigned products and channels. Foster strong relationships with senior leaders in partner departments (Lending, Credit Administration, Risk Management/Compliance, IT, and third-party services) and ensure compliance with technical processes, risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer service. Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development. What You'll Need 8+ years of related experience in Product Management, Treasury Management Sales, or a similar field. Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Previous leadership experience required. Advanced knowledge of general financial services or banking products and services. Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and standards. Advanced knowledge of banking products, including treasury management, credit cards, and pricing dynamics. Market-specific awareness. Experience with Product Management Methodology including launches, road mapping, business cases, enhancements, and executive-level reporting. Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership. Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, Open Banking, API architectures, and integration technologies. Experience managing file delivery, host-to-host connectivity, treasury management, payments, and commercial banking solutions. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technology initiatives. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills. Occasional travel required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with treasury management products, commercial banking, and payment ecosystems. Knowledge of ISO 20022, ACH, Fedwire, RTP, embedded finance, and Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions. Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Product Management certifications. Experience managing vendor partnerships, fintech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
