Customer Success Coordinator Hybrid | Chicago, IL | $20-$24/hour | Full-Time | Great Benefits Are you an experienced customer service professional who enjoys solving problems, coordinating orders, and helping customers have a great experience? Labelmaster is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator to support our growing Customer Success team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and has experience working with CRM and ERP systems. This is more than a traditional customer service positionyou'll be responsible for coordinating customer orders, managing inbound requests, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. We are an established and growing company that takes the complexity out of shipping Dangerous Goods (Hazmat), making the world a safer place What You'll Do Manage inbound customer orders and service requests Route orders to the appropriate internal teams Monitor order status and ensure SLA deadlines are met Answer customer inquiries via phone and email Resolve customer issues and escalate when appropriate Process quotes and customer orders accurately Maintain customer records within CRM and ERP systems Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Production teams Track customer service metrics and performance Help train and mentor newer team members Support continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Required 5+ years of customer service or customer support experience Experience with CRM or ERP systems Strong order entry and order management experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience handling high customer interaction volumes Ability to multitask and prioritize competing requests Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word Preferred Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience Omnichannel customer service experience Order management systems E-commerce experience Call center or customer contact center experience Reporting and SLA tracking experience Experience mentoring or training coworkers Knowledge of Dangerous Goods or manufacturing is a plus Why You'll Love Working Here Hybrid work schedule Monday-Friday schedule Competitive pay ($20-$24/hour) Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and generous PTO Education assistance Collaborative team environment Stable, growing company with career advancement opportunities EEO Employer Veterans and IWD are strongly encouraged to apply
