The Role Human Resources Associate (HRA) – an innovative thinker with outstanding analytical and communication skills. The HRA will develop and implement staffing solutions, adhere to company guidelines and maintain industry regulations. Candidate must manage multiple work‑streams, prioritize competing tasks, make decisions with clear impact on processes, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, scaling environment. Schedule Our operations run 24/7. Flexibility in scheduling and availability across shifts – including evenings and weekends – is required based on business needs. Responsibilities Assist staffing employees and company staff with all HR functional issues. Resolve administrative issues with staffing representatives. Complete daily and weekly staffing and employee reports. Process employment changes in HRIS – personal information, system configurations, reporting and implementation of HRIS. Support People Ops with monthly activities. Facilitate orientation classes for staffing employees and new hires. Work with payroll (staffing agencies and HQ) to confirm payroll accuracy for the HQ teams, accounting for employment changes affecting current pay periods. Collaborate with People Ops on strategic initiatives that are compliant and values‑aligned. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact, discretion and diplomacy. Partner with HR leaders to support and manage employment‑related issues, including leaves of absence, employee relations investigations, workers’ compensation and OSHA. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint as well as Google Suite. Experience in Immigration, I‑9 Compliance, Employee Relations, HRIS Cloud‑Based, HR Continuous Process Improvement, and Employment Law Compliance (preferred). Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills. Effective communicator, building relationships and providing clarity. "No task is too big or small" mentality.
