RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver Five-Star Food Quality, Every Shift Quickly Made Food Fully-Stocked & Service-Ready Cook Line Squeaky Clean & Organized Kitchen Areas PAY The total compensation for this position will be between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. We pay a base wage of $16 - $20 / hour plus tips. Tips are based on your skill level, shifts worked, and how busy we are - the busier, the better! WORK SCHEDULE This position can be part-time or full-time, with a flexible schedule designed around the demands of the restaurant. This position will regularly work the busiest shifts of the week, based on daily forecasted sales and special events. Evening and weekend shifts are most common, with occasional morning and midday shifts available. WILL YOU FIT IN HERE? JOB REQUIREMENTS: Here are some of our must-haves & would-like-to-haves: At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast paced restaurant Upscale or fine-dining restaurant experience in a Line Cook role - a major plus! Must have current ServSafe Food Handler Certification Must be at least 18 years old Physically able to stand, walk, and move for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds For part-time positions, must have consistent availability during peak shifts - including nights, weekends, and holidays For full-time positions, must have open availability Interest in food, cocktails, and hospitality trends - a major plus!
