Job Title: Insurance Producer Location: Chicago, IL Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Insurance Producer will be responsible for generating new business by prospecting, developing, and maintaining client relationships. This role involves advising clients on a variety of insurance products, including life, health, auto, home, and commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of insurance products, and the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide customized solutions. Present and sell various types of insurance policies based on client needs and preferences. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support. Assist clients with claims, policy changes, and other service needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Stay current on all company procedures, products, and services to offer the best advice and guidance to clients. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, in the insurance industry. Active insurance license in Illinois (or the ability to obtain one). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Goal-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed. Knowledge of various types of insurance products and coverage options. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other software tools. Preferred Skills: Experience with cross-selling and upselling insurance products. Bilingual (Spanish, etc.) is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
