Kidz Korner, a family-owned and operated child care center in Brownsburg, IN, is looking for a dedicated and caring Child Care Teacher to join our team. With over 13 years of experience in the community, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, supportive, and enriching space for children and their families.
What You'll DoAs a Child Care Teacher at Kidz Korner, you'll play a vital role in shaping young lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage learning through play and exploration.
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and fellow team members.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment.
- Observing and documenting children's progress to support their individual growth and development.
We're seeking a candidate who brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience working in child care or a related field.
- A strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A patient, nurturing, and energetic personality.
- A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
