• Conduct PV1 (initial) and PV2 (final) verifications on compounded and commercial prescriptions
• Ensure accuracy, appropriateness, and safety of medications prior to fulfillment
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with regulations
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or concerns during the verification process

Qualifications:
