Director of Sourcing

**Primary Responsibilities & Duties** Develop cost models incorporating raw material indices, freight, packaging, currency, and duties. Ensure procurement processes align with regulatory and chemical industry compliance requirements.**Education and/or Experience** 5–7+ years of sourcing, procurement, or other relevant supply chain experience.Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts for direct materials.Experience in chemical distribution, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, or other relevant industries preferred.Experience developing/implementing procurement analytics tools.**The Required Skills We Are Looking For** Strong analytical skills with ability to translate ERP data into actionable insights.Ability to build and maintain long-term strategic supplier relationships.Strong communication and executive presentation skills.Harcros Chemicals is an employee-owned chemical manufacturing and distribution company headquartered in Kansas City, Kansas, with over a century of industry experience.
