Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor RN in a healthcare facility located in South Marion. This position offers day shifts with a schedule of 12-hour shifts, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The role is designed for experienced registered nurses committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Job Details:
- Position Description: NMHS - South Marion Med/Surg RN 12H Days (7a-7p, 7on/7 off and/or 36H Week, either can be accommodated). Will work every other weekend. OT applies after 80.5 hours biweekly.
- Required Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 2 years recent Medical Surgical (MS) experience. Must have Alabama (AL) license on file at time of submission. Must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Prior travel experience is required. Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is also required.
- Schedule: Days, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Weekend and Holiday rotation required. Nurse-to-Patient ratio: 1:6-7. The position involves orientation dates on 11/18 and 12/2 only.
- Submission Requirement: IVS to interview, manager to offer.
