Sales Director

Capacity of Philadelphia, LLC. is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Director to lead the company's revenue-generating activities and drive business growth. This position is responsible for overseeing and expanding sales across all company divisions, including truck sales, leasing, rentals, service, and parts . The Sales Director will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and work closely with operational to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead all sales efforts for truck sales, leasing, service and parts Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships Establish sales goals and monitor performance Collaborate with operations, service, and parts departments to ensure exceptional customer support Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities Represent Capacity of Philadelphia professionally with customers, vendors, and industry partners Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer-focused service Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales leadership experience Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies Experience with yard truck/terminal tractors is a plus but not required Experience in commercial truck, transportation, fleet, equipment, or dealership operations preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Capacity of Philadelphia
