Call leads with the goal of gathering information for a quote

Connect with members of the Joplin community to assess their current insurance needs.

Help families identify potential gaps in their coverage to ensure they are properly protected.

Prepare clear, easy-to-understand quotes for auto, home, and life insurance.

Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and offer guidance.

Participate in local community events to build awareness of the services we provide.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid Missouri Property and Casualty and Life and Health licenses, or the drive to obtain them within your first 30 days.

Clear and professional communication style, both in person and over the phone.

A genuine interest in helping neighbors protect their families and assets.

Basic computer literacy for managing client records and policies.

Prior experience in customer service or retail settings is helpful but not mandatory.
