Junior Accountant/FP&A

Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting close and reporting requirements in compliance with GAAP. Prepare monthly account reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts, investigating and resolving variances in a timely manner. Setup and maintain vendor records. Route invoices through the Accounts Payable workflow system, monitor status, and follow up on outstanding approvals to ensure timely payment. Reconcile monthly vendor statements to ensure accuracy, identify discrepancies, and communicate directly with vendors to resolve missing documentation. Support audit requests by providing required documentation and explanations. Assist corporate controller in running financial reports. Periodically validate reports to ERP system to verify accuracy. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Assist with special projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Excellent computer skills and moderate to advanced MS Excel skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
