Social Media & AI Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Assist with short-form video creation, reels, trending content, and social campaigns
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and social trends
• Help grow brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across ECS brands
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on campaign concepts and content ideas

Graphic Design & Creative Support

• Design social graphics, promotional materials, email assets, and digital marketing content
• Assist with editing short videos and motion graphics for social media campaigns
• Support marketing initiatives with creative visual content while maintaining brand consistency
• Help brainstorm and execute creative campaigns around promotions, product launches, and company initiatives

AI & Emerging Technology

• Use AI tools to assist with marketing workflows, content creation, copywriting, ideation, video generation, and productivity
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and help identify ways AI can improve marketing efficiency and creativity
• Assist with AI-driven content initiatives including social media campaigns, blogs, podcasts, and creative projects
• Be open to learning and exploring new AI tools and "vibe coding" workflows as part of daily operations

Collaboration & Marketing Support

• Work closely with marketing managers, creative services, and leadership teams
• Assist with campaign planning, organization, and execution
• Help track campaign performance metrics and social media analytics
• Support a fast-paced marketing environment with multiple ongoing projects and deadlines
• During our Yearbook season, Quality Control (QC checking) will be required.

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or related fields
• Strong understanding of current social media platforms and trends
• Basic graphic design experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Claude, or similar platforms
• Comfortable learning and using AI tools in daily workflows
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn
• 4-year college degree preferred but not required based on experience
• This is an in-office position

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating short-form social media videos and reels
• Familiarity with AI content generation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Elevenlabs, Suno, or similar platforms
• Basic video editing experience
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
• Interest in technology, marketing innovation, and creative storytelling
• Photography or content creation experience is a plus

This position is in office at our Princeton, NJ Location

The pay range for this role is:

55,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Carnegie )
