The Property Manager will oversee a small portfolio of 2-10 residential properties, managing all aspects of property operations remotely. This role involves coordinating property maintenance, budgeting, vendor relations, and conducting facility inspections to ensure the properties are well-maintained and tenants receive excellent service. The Property Manager will use AppFolio software to streamline management tasks and will have opportunities for career growth within property management.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors
- Manage budgeting and financial planning for properties
- Oversee vendor coordination and contract negotiations
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure standards
- Negotiate and manage contracts related to property services
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in property management
- Proficiency with property management software, specifically AppFolio
- Experience managing budgets effectively
- Skilled in contract negotiation
- Ability to coordinate maintenance activities
- Strong customer service skills
- Effective communication abilities
