The potential is enormous, and we have a clear path to make it real.Come join us.Job Summary:Facility Specialist would support any facility related tasks at Palo Alto sites.Responsibilities:Monitor facility equipment that supports the site. Respond to any issues with the equipment.Logistics support for operations specifically clean room supplies & gowns. Place cleanroom supplies/gowns at designated areas, maintain inventory & coordinate pickup/delivery of gowns.Monitor & replace gas cylinders in the lab & maintain inventory. Also, maintain inventory of solvents used in the lab.Responsible for coordinating Hazardous Material Waste pickup.Check various safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, fire panel & fire alarm system.Respond to any facility related issues such as plumbing or lighting.Maintain office & lab space cleanliness & upkeep.Issue employee access cards, new or replacement requests.Maintain roof area & equipment.Respond to any facility issues at Palo Alto Square office space.Monitor PAS office space & upkeep.Expect to multi-task & set priorities.Experience/Qualifications:Have some knowledge of HVAC equipment like A/C units, PCW chillers, air compressors & basic electrical.Experienced in using various tools & voltmeter for electrical troubleshooting.Knowledgeable with basic computer skills such as Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point.Strong communications skills verbal & written.Ability to interact & communicate with other employees & vendors.Experience in logistics, i.e maintaining supplies.PsiQuantum provides equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees. Full-time roles are eligible for equity and benefits. Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic markets, and we pay based on defined geographic zones.
