Supporting Outlook client issues: email issues/outlook profile corruption/knowledge of OST/PST. Installing/configuring/moving desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
Top 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
Work schedule: M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES
Full time hours
Overall years of experience: 5-7+ yrs
Certifications: A+ required/Other COMPTIA or Microsoft certifications required
Ticketing systems experience: ServiceNOW/Remedy etc.
