Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a growing team of commercial HVAC technicians and oversee service operations across an assigned territory. This is a leadership-focused opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge, excellent people-management skills, and a track record of developing high-performing service teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of commercial HVAC technicians and service personnel across multiple locations. Oversee daily service and maintenance operations while ensuring customer needs and operational goals are met. Coach, mentor, and develop technicians while establishing accountability and performance expectations. Provide technical leadership and support to the team while managing customer relationships and territory needs. Qualifications Strong commercial HVAC technical background with previous experience leading service technicians. 2–3+ years of leadership experience, with 5+ years preferred. Proven ability to develop, coach, and hold technicians and service teams accountable. Strong communication, customer-service, and organizational skills with the ability to manage a larger service organization. U.S. citizen or green card holder.
