The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD seeks an experienced HR Manager, People Partners to lead the People Partner function. You will guide HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Consultants, and Onboarding Coordinators, aligning recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention with strategic goals.
