Customer Site Manager

Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Customer Site Manager to lead onsite laboratory support operations and manage customer relationships for the Unity Lab Services portfolio. The role combines operational oversight, team leadership, and customer account management in regulated laboratory environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of contracted laboratory support services per customer agreements and Statements of Work
• Lead diverse team of laboratory professionals including recruitment, training, performance management, and development
• Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and service expansion
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction; serve as primary customer contact
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, cost management, and continuous improvement methodologies

Requirements

• Master's degree with 4+ years relevant pharmaceutical/biotech/manufacturing experience, or Bachelor's degree with 6+ years
• Minimum 3 years direct cGMP experience in regulated environments
• Minimum 3 years people management or supervisory experience
• Ability to manage customer partnerships and execute service agreements
• Experience supporting regulatory inspections and customer audits
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, and execution skills
