Maintenance Director Full-time Responsibilities The Maintenance Director is a working supervisor that plans, develops, organizes, implements and directs the day-to-day functions of plant operations. The Maintenance Director serves on committees as appointed, maintains inventory and adheres to department budgetary guidelines. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Director in plant operations. Knowledge of building service practices and procedures. Knowledge of regulations for Assisted Living Facilities in [STATE] is preferred. Ability to plan and carry out programs in repair and equipment installation. Ability to lead a team, supervise and mentor staff members. Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with residents and family members. Excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
