Team Captain (Shift Leader)

Every leader in our stores started behind the blender. If you're ready to grow, this is the first real step on the path to Store Manager.

We're the champions of inspiring people to live a healthy, active lifestyle 1,300+ stores strong and we build our leaders from within. As a Team Captain (Shift Leader) you run the floor, set the pace, and keep the Guest experience and quality high while coaching the team around you.

What you'll do

  • Lead shifts from the floor direct the team, set the pace, keep quality and cleanliness high
  • Blend smoothies and prep/serve our Power Eats food (flatbreads, chicken bites, oven)
  • Jump on the register and into the rush when it counts
  • Coach and train Team Members; model a "Guest comes first" attitude
  • Own opening/closing, cash handling, and shift-level problem solving

What we're looking for

  • Some food-service or retail experience, or leadership potential you're ready to grow
  • Dependable, calm under a rush, and great with people
  • Comfortable coaching teammates and owning a shift
  • 18+ preferred for closing-lead duties
