Operations Planner L&A

Title: Operations Planner
Location: Reynoldsburg, OH

Salary Range: $30 - $32/hr.

Introduction

The Associate Production Planner is responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process across multiple brand channels. This includes article creation, purchase order maintenance, issue resolution, and delivery tracking. The role requires effective cross-functional communication and collaboration with regional partners, as well as production status updates and dispute management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-3 years of experience in a related role
• At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required
• Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Mainframe and SAP
• Experience in the lingerie and apparel industry
• Strong problem-solving skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage purchase orders
• Resolve purchase order amendments and manage on-order reporting
• Maintain delivery tracking and manage offshore team directives
• Review liabilities, manage liability reporting, and handle dispute cases
• Support capacity and production planning, including CGL creation and maintenance
• Engage in cross-functional communication with logistics, deployment, planning, and other teams
