Job Title: Associate Production Planner

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tue–Thu | Remote: Mon & Fri)

Duration: 6+ Months (Project-Based | Extension Possible)

Pay Rate: 33/hr onW2

Work Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile Associate Production Planner to manage end-to-end order operations across multiple brand channels. This role is responsible for purchase order management, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and offshore partners.

You will play a key role in ensuring production timelines, order accuracy, and operational efficiency while collaborating with global stakeholders across the US and Asia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or related field
• Internship experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
