Housekeeping/ Custodial Associate- FT

Boscov’s Housekeeping/Custodial Associate As a Retail Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the building, including but not limited to the restrooms, selling floor, office spaces and other common areas. Job Responsibilities Present a courteous and professional demeanor to customers and coworkers. Dust the selling floor (both high and low). Maintain the carpets and tile floors using commercial‑grade equipment. Sweep, collect trash and recycle material. Pick up trash from registers and offices. Dust mop, wet mop floors and vacuum rugs. Wipe down cafeteria tables, empty trash cans, dry/wet mop floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and empty trash cans in restrooms. Qualifications 1–2 years of housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred Resourceful self‑starter who works well independently as well as part of a team Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and/or holidays Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Moderate lifting (up to 35 lbs.)
