Compensation:
- **Competitive starting pay rate of **$22.34-$22.84 per hour, paid weekly
- *Now offering $2000 sign on bonus*
Available Shift:
- 3:00PM-11:00 PM
- 11:30PM-8:00 AM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate Extrusion machines safely and efficiently, meeting production standards for waste, quality, and utilization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues by adjusting components and settings.
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve production processes.
- Conduct quality checks and enter results.
- Run the production equipment in accordance with Standard Line Conditions.
- Use the production line performance reporting tools in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- One Year Manufacturing Experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Plastic Extrusion Experience
- Injection Molding Experience
- Blow Molding Experience
- Blueprint Reading
