Join a growing aerospace manufacturing company specializing in rods and tubes. We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists (Mill/Lathe) and Machinists to support production operations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC Mills, Lathes, and conventional machines

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions

Perform machine setups, tool changes, and quality checks

Verify dimensions and tolerances of finished parts

Load/unload materials using forklifts, cranes, and hoists as needed.

Maintain production and time-tracking records

Support a safe and efficient manufacturing environment

Qualifications:

✅ Previous CNC Machining or Machinist experience

✅ Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring tools

✅ Experience with machine setups and production machining

✅ Manufacturing experience required

✅ Must meet ITAR requirements

✅ Must pass background check, physical, drug, and alcohol screening

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Additional Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications: 
✅ CNC Machining or Machinist experience in a manufacturing environment

✅ Proficiency operating CNC Mills, Lathes, and/or conventional machining equipment

✅ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions

✅ Experience with machine setup, tooling, offsets, and production machining

✅ Skilled in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)

✅ Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards

✅ Experience performing inspections and verifying finished products to specifications

✅ Knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures and best practices

✅ Ability to troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments

✅ Forklift, crane, and hoist experience is a plus

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

✅ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment

✅ Must meet ITAR requirements

✅ Must successfully pass a background check, physical, drug, and alcohol screening
