This position will assist in processing approved finance transactions and expediting finance department documentation to the business office.We Offer:Excellent CultureAdvancement opportunitiesMedical, Dental, and Vision PlanCompany-paid Life Insurance401(k) savings plan with matching programPaid VacationMajor Essential Duties:Processing financing and leasing deals and ensuring accuracy while adhering to all local, state, and federal guidelinesSecuring the expeditious funding of all contractsVerifying customer insuranceCalling Lenders for automotive pay-offsContacting customers for stipulationsFollowing up with Lenders on needed DMV documents (lien releases, titles, etc.)Collecting on NSF checksEnter Due BillsInputting deal information into databases using Excel and WordVerify flats, fees, and claims on dealsManaging deferred paymentsOther tasks as neededQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Understanding and able to comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.Automotive business office or finance experience preferred.Attention to detailStrong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees, and F&I vendors, as representatives of the dealership.Must be willing to understand and adhere to compliance regulations – (NPI)Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information and to communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely.Must exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.We are an EOE/M/F/D/V Employer and support a drug-free workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
