Accounts Receivable Assistant I
Temporary Assignment | 90–180 Days | $18.00–$21.00/Hour
Adecco Staffing is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant I for a temporary assignment. This position is expected to be a minimum 90-day assignment, with the potential to extend up to 180 days based on business needs and performance.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual with basic computer skills who is comfortable working with Microsoft Outlook, data entry, and general administrative tasks .
Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounting data entry, accounts receivable transactions, reconciliations, and basic reporting.
• Validate accounting data and ensure entries are accurate, properly supported, and compliant with established controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to complete accounting processes efficiently and accurately.
• Provide general administrative support, including processing mail, preparing professional correspondence, and scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures and internal controls.
• Assist with other basic accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook .
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of accounting or accounts receivable is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with supervisors and operations.
• Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented.

Compensation & Assignment

• Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour , depending on experience.
• Assignment length: Minimum 90 days, with potential for up to 180 days.
• Temporary position through Adecco Staffing.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
