Position Overview

• Contract duration: 2 months – Contract to Hire
• Pay rate: $22.30/hour on W-2 without benefits
• Available shifts:
• • Sunday–Thursday: 6:30 PM–3:00 AM
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 PM–5:30 AM
• Perform sanitation operations in a production environment.
• Work efficiently and safely while using various chemicals, cleaning equipment, and tools.
• Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds .
• Work in wet conditions and be available to work 6–7 days per week as needed, including some weekends.
• Learn and follow established sanitation procedures.
• Mechanical knowledge is helpful.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Follow the Floor Drain Cleaning Program and all required safety precautions.
• Learn and perform pre-sanitation procedures.
• Perform production-area cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Follow proper procedures for handling drain backups and isolating affected areas.
• Understand and follow equipment storage procedures.
• Properly document activities related to the Floor Drain Cleaning Program.
• Maintain cleanliness of all production areas.
• Follow USDA and Quality Assurance (QA) specifications and requirements.
• Properly execute HACCP, GMPs, and other applicable QA policies and programs.
• Follow established safety practices and perform all tasks safely.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Follow Quality Risk Management Process standards and client-provided training.
• Learn and apply sanitation procedures quickly and accurately.
• Safely handle chemicals and sanitation equipment.
• Perform duties efficiently while maintaining required safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds .
• Ability to work in wet production environments.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible schedules.
• Willingness to work weekends and 6–7 days per week as required.
• Ability to safely work with chemicals and sanitation equipment.
• Ability to quickly learn and follow sanitation procedures.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is helpful.
• Understanding of food production sanitation, USDA, QA, HACCP, or GMP requirements is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, quality standards, and client training requirements.
