Make an impact in the lives of young learners as a contract speech-language pathologist this school year! This rewarding opportunity supports PreK–4th grade students, providing dedicated speech services during a 12-week maternity leave coverage. Working onsite with approximately 50 students, you’ll collaborate with caring educators and have access to the resources needed to make a difference.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active SLP State License and valid Educator Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to build rapport with elementary-aged children and school teams
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ready and able to work onsite throughout the assignment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to PreK–4th grade students
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress and maintain all required records in compliance with school and state standards
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in meetings, assessments, and consultations as needed
• Contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere for learners
