SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth. *Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed. CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION * Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness * High School Diploma or GED * Current Physical/TB screening * Current CPR/First Aid Certification * PA State Criminal Background * COVID Vaccine required.
