**Required or Preferred Experience, Leadership Experience, Clinical Experience, Certifications, Degrees, Licensure, Skills, and Qualifications:** - 2 years experience in a Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume (100,000 visit ED) - Previous HCA experience preferred - 2 years experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in ER setting - Teamwork mentality, ability to coach and give feedback in real time - Flexibility to work in all areas of the ED **Certifications Required:** - ACLS before starting date on hire - BLS before starting date on hire - PALS before starting date on hire - TNCC before starting date on hire - CPI before starting date on hire - NIHSS before starting date on hire - ENPC within 90 days of hire **Skills:** - Respectful behavior - Patient experience management (AIDET, boards updated with info, patient updated throughout visit) **Uniform:** - Navy scrubs
