Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in program and agency meetings, as well as training sessions, to stay current on best practices.

• Complete all required programmatic reports accurately and promptly, as directed by the Director.
\n
• Utilize the AWARDS electronic health record system for timely data entry to maintain the integrity of client records.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation in both crisis and non-crisis situations, either in person or via phone.
\n
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment, promptly reporting safety or maintenance issues to management.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services to clients, developing individualized treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in client file maintenance and documentation.
\n
• Oversee the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process for interns, aligning with the agency's developmental goals.
\n
• Coordinate and promote recruitment events for interns and trainees, fostering a nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for interns, ensuring they meet all educational requirements.
\n
• Participate in the intern performance evaluation process, contributing to their professional development and retention.
\n
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Centralized Intake and school site contacts, to monitor intern assignments and address any concerns.
\n
• Engage in quality assurance and quality improvement efforts regarding documentation and client records to uphold agency standards.

Your work will involve supporting a diverse client population, including children and families facing emotional, behavioral, and social issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a valid and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Must be currently residing in the U.S. to ensure compliance with telehealth regulations.
