Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to inform treatment planning.

• Collaborate closely with clients to craft personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual needs, therapeutic goals, and cultural considerations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) tailored to individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, effectively managing acute distress and collaborating with a variety of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to established clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with tools and knowledge to manage and understand their mental health conditions better.

• Work within a multidisciplinary team environment, exchanging insights with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide holistic care to patients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
