Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your educational background and professional training to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, leading to independent diagnoses for students facing mental health challenges.

• Work closely with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that address their specific emotional and behavioral needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, tailoring techniques to each child's unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to facilitate an integrated model of care that promotes holistic student well-being.

• Maintain accurate and systematic tracking of treatment progress, interacting with patients either virtually or in-person to ensure ongoing monitoring of their treatment goals.

• Support psychotropic medication management by monitoring treatment adherence, managing side effects, and evaluating medication effectiveness in partnership with prescribing medical professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
