Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 16 weeks Shift: 18:45 - 07:15 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS, ENPC Must-Have: 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1 year in an ER setting. Experience in a Level II trauma center and comprehensive stroke center. Teamwork mentality and ability to coach and give real-time feedback. Flexibility to work in all areas of the department. Description: This position is within a high-volume emergency department. The facility is recognized for providing high clinical quality and has received prestigious awards. It serves as a referral center for trauma and comprehensive stroke care. The department features a significant patient population and advanced technology. The staff is known for their teamwork and welcoming environment. They take pride in serving a diverse community. Patient ratios are typically 4:1, with up to 7:1 for behavioral holds. Documentation is conducted through an electronic system. Candidates must have a commitment to patient experience and safety standards.
