Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays Traditional and Roth 401(k) options Mentorship and exposure to the leadership of a growing company Open office layout with sit/stand desks, games, cold brew coffee on draft, and an outdoor patio Role & Responsibilities Support the hiring needs of individual and diverse practices across the US Work in Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to support administrative Talent Acquisition functions, track and manage jobs and candidates, and retrieve data Requisition creation, candidate status management, and documentation Review submitted resumes and source passive candidates Conduct pre-screening phone calls and submit qualified candidates to the hiring manager for reviewSchedule interviews and collect interview feedback Serve as a liaison between the hiring manager and the candidate Establish and maintain long-term relationships with team members, hiring managers, and candidates Actively build a bench of talent compatible with the company culture to ensure hiring needs are met promptly Participate in Talent Acquisition events and conferences as needed Qualifications 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Familiarity working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) - iCIMS preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Results-driven personality with strong organizational skills Comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with variable workload Polished and professional presentation and communication style MB2 Dental Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
