Qualifications Minimum of one year experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment. Shift & Pay Location: Denton Shift: Days 6:45 AM – 7 PM / Nights 6:45 PM – 7 AM (Rotation shift schedule) Pay Rate: $20.48 – $20.48 depending on experience Responsibilities Have high-level knowledge of equipment/process from start to finish and willing to learn where development is needed or new processes launched. Focused on achieving daily and weekly production goals efficiently. Act as the first point of contact when problems arise; Escalate issues to the Production Supervisor if they can't be solved. Ensure operators are performing tasks in accordance with SOPs. Lead, and capable of, applicable preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs. Stress safety at all times. Ensure work areas are clean and well organized. Train operators where needed.
